Our Cancellation Policy:
Refunds on deposits: 10% Handling fee
Cancellations 30 - 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of total reservation
Cancellations 14-01 days prior to arrival: 100% of Total reservation
No show: 100% of total reservation
We suggest that all travellers take out cancellation insurance. We will be pleased to render an invoice to your insurers in the event of a claim. We always confirm cancellations in writing. Please demand written acknowledgement that we have accepted your cancellation, as this is the only proof of cancellation we will accept.
Errors and omissions excepted.
To confirm the reservation we require a 50% deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be regarded as confirmed once we have confirmed your reservation in writing.
