Our Cancellation Policy:
Refunds on deposits: 10% Handling fee
Cancellations 30 - 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of total reservation
Cancellations 14-01 days prior to arrival: 100% of Total reservation
No show: 100% of total reservation
We suggest that all travellers take out cancellation insurance. We will be pleased to render an invoice to your insurers in the event of a claim. We always confirm cancellations in writing. Please demand written acknowledgement that we have accepted your cancellation, as this is the only proof of cancellation we will accept.
Errors and omissions excepted.
A PRO RATA charge or refund will be made for any night which we are ABLE to reallocate to a new guests at a late stage.

To confirm the reservation we require a 50% deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be regarded as confirmed once we have confirmed your reservation in writing.

Check-in time is 14h00 and Check-out time is 11h00 unless a prior arrangement has been made
